What we collect, and why.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. They tell us which pages people visit and how they found us. Google sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_PGSSRYWNYF, which last up to two years. If you choose No thanks, Google Analytics runs without cookies and can’t recognise you from one visit to the next.

Our own visit counter

We also count page views ourselves, without cookies. Your IP address and browser are turned into a one-way code that changes every day, so we can count visitors without storing your IP address or knowing who you are. We keep these counts for 13 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t count your visit at all.

When you contact us

When you send a form (a discovery call, a quote request), we keep what you entered, such as your name, how to reach you and your project details, so we can reply and work with you. It goes to our team only.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you new posts. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and after you unsubscribe we send you nothing more.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we keep your name, your role if you give it, your rating and what you wrote. It only appears on the site if you tick the box allowing that.

Other services the site uses

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. Those services see your IP address when they load, as with any website.
