The brief

West Congo Pharmacy, previously Westcongo Chemist, was a newly opened shop in Kahawa West with no brand to speak of, only hand-painted “Chemist” lettering on the walls and doors. It needed a proper identity that felt trustworthy and approachable, worked on everyday documents like invoices, and was ready for professional storefront signage.

The outcome

Launched in 2025. Replaced hand-painted lettering with a complete identity: logo, logo construction guide, colour palette and brand mockups, plus branded invoices now in use at the store. The identity was extended to the storefront signage, and a 3D model of the real shopfront was built so the owner could see the new brand on the street before anything was made.
